HOW CAN I PAY?

We only use certified payment providers such as STRIPE or APPLE PAY.

HOW IS TAX CALCULATED ON MY ORDER?

All prices include 20% Austrian sales tax. If you are a business client and would like to order at our online shop please contact us personally!

We will send you an email with all required details. You also can check the status of your shipping online in your account on NOT ANOTHER ONLINE SHOP.

IS SHIPPING FREE OF CHARGE?

We provide FREE DELIVERY within Austria. Please see the shipping costs for all other destinations below.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Of course we do! The price for shipping within the European Union is € 10.- , the price for all other Countries € 20.- . All prices will appear at checkout.

RETURNS

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ITEMS IN YOUR STORE?

Of course you can! All products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt as long as the product is unworn and in perfect condition, SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged. For further questions and information please contact our sales team, who will be happy to assist you.

CAN I ALSO RETURN MY ITEMS BY MAIL?

All products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt at your own cost as long as the product is unworn and in perfect condition, SALE items cannot be returned. We do not cover return costs. Also no cost will be covered should the products go missing during the return shipping. We advise you to send all items back with a transport company that provides an insured track & trace service. All goods must be returned in original condition with its original package.

HOW LONG DOES THE REFUND OF MY PURCHASE TAKE?

All refunds will be issued based upon the original form of payment (i.e. credit card) within 14 days. We will check all returned products and reimburse your payment excluding shipping cost and customs charges. We are unable to accept returned items which: show signs of use or are damaged as a result of wear and tear or return transport. If they seem used or worn we reserve the right to refuse the return.
